Leider ist meine Nachmieterin kurzfristig abgesprungen, sodass ich spontan wen Neues suche. Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, auch Mitte August und eine geteilte erste Miete ist möglich.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und modern eingerichtet, mit einem noch relativ neuen weißen Kleiderschrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, kleinem Regal-Tisch und Regal. Der Wohnbereich ist mit Laminat ausgelegt. Hinzu kommen eine eigene kleine Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülbecken und Schränken sowie das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, durch die Lage und die Pflanzen vor dem Fenster kann jedoch niemand von außen nah an das Fenster rankommen oder reinschauen. Stattdessen gibt es einen schönen Blick aufs Grüne.

The apartment is fully furnished and modern, with a relatively new white closet, bed, desk, small shelf-table and shelf. The living area is covered with laminate. In addition, there is a separate small kitchen with a stove, fridge, sink and drawers and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The apartment is located on the first floor, but due to the location and the plants in front of the window, no one can get close to the window from the outside or look in. Instead, there is a beautiful view (as you can see on the photos).
Das Wohnheim befindet sich nur etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Uni entfernt. Somit ist man auch nah an den sich auf dem Campus befindenden Bibliotheken, der Mensa, dem botanischen Garten etc. Mit Bus und Straßenbahn ist man in 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof/der Innenstadt, zu Fuß läuft man etwa 10 Minuten.
Ebenfalls etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt befindet sich ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Aldi, Edeka, einem Bäcker und verschiedenen kleinen Restaurants. Eine Pizzeria ist direkt nebenan.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich also in einer sehr guten Lage, ist dennoch in einer ruhigen Straße mit wenig Verkehr. In wenigen Minuten ist man auf einem ruhigen Waldweg, der zum Hartenbergpark führt.

The residence is only about 5 minutes away from the university. That means that you are also close to the libraries, the cafeteria, the botanical garden, etc., which are located on campus. By bus and streetcar you can reach the main train station/city center in 5 minutes, by foot it takes about 10 minutes.
Also about 5 minutes walk away is a small shopping center with Aldi, Edeka, a bakery and various small restaurants. A pizzeria is 1 minute away.
In den Nebenkosten enthalten sind ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz sowie die Möglichkeit, sein Fahrrad in einem abschließbaren Fahrradkäfig in der Tiefgarage abzustellen. Im Wohnheim gibt es Waschmaschinen. Innerhalb des Gebäudes ist es angenehm ruhig.

The service charges include an underground parking space as well as the possibility to park one's bicycle in a lockable bicycle cage in the underground garage. There are washing machines in the dormitory. Inside the residence it is calm and clean.
