Ich suche für Anfang Juli einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist dank einem sehr großen Fenster sehr hell.
Eine Küchenzeile und ein kleines Bad sind von dem Wohnraum abgetrennt.
Im Haus sind außerdem Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner vorhanden, die benutzt werden können.
Das besondere an dem Haus ist, dass es eine große Dachterrasse mit einer Sauna und einem Pool hat. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch super, da ein REWE direkt im Haus gegenüber liegt.
Der Vermieter vermietet nur an Berufstätige.
