Hallo! Ich vermiete mein Einzelappartament von 17.08.2012 bis 31.09.2012. Es hat ein voll möbliertes Zimmer, 18m2 mit Bett, großem Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank, einen kleinen Schrank mit Schubladen, ein Regal, ein Esstisch mit Stuhl und auch noch ein bequemer Schreibtischstuhl. Es gibt auch die Kochniesche mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Spüle und Schränke für Geschirr und Vorrat. Ein guttes Badezimmer, sogar mit zwei Spiegelschrank.
Es gibt auch Parkplätze bei die Zone. Auch gibt es Strom und Internet-Flatrate. Der Preis jetzt ist NUR 239€!!!!
Ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt befindet sich die Bushaltestelle des Buses 65, außerdem in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu Fuß zu erreichen ALDI, REAL, LIDL, Netto; und auch ein REWE in 4 Bushalltestellen. Es gibt auch ein andere Haltestelle (Linie 64, auch 65) zwei Minuten zu Fuss.
Es waere besser, wenn man Student in Mainz ist.
