Ich suche eine Nachmieter*in für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Marburg-Cappel. Die Wohnung hat eine Kochnische (mit Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, 2 Herdplatten, Dunstabzugshaube), ein Badezimmer (mit Dusche) und eine Hochebene. Alle Fenster haben Rollläden.
Die Wohnung hat leider keinen Waschmaschinenanschluss, sodass auf Waschsalon oder andere Möglichkeiten zurückgegriffen werden muss.
Die Miete beträgt 290,00€ (190,00 Kalt + 100,00 Nebenkosten). In den Nebenkosten sind Heizkosten enthalten (es wird mit Öl geheizt). Die Kaution beträgt 570,00€.
Die Bushaltestelle Sohlgraben ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort fährt halbstündig die Linie 3, die z. B. in 20 Minuten am Rudolphsplatz ist.
Nextbikes sind in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Tegut, Lidl, Aldi und DM) sind mit dem Bus in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
