da ich derzeit projektbedingt im Ausland bin, biete ich meine helle 1-Zimmerwohnung (35m²) zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und besitzt einen eigenen Balkon und einen PKW-Abstellplatz. Ein Kellerraum kann ebenfalls benutzt werden.
Zur Ausstattung gehören eine Einbauküche, ein Doppelbett, TV, HiFi-Anlage, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Waschmaschine und DSL.
Die Lage ist Zentral in Markgröningen. Supermärkte, Apotheken und Banken sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung würde sich besonders für Praktikanten, Studenten bzw. Pendler eignen, da Mahle, Bosch, Porsche und die PH Ludwigsburg gut zu erreichen sind.
