Ich biete eine 43qm-Wohnung zur Untermiete vom 15. April bis 31. Mai 2014 an. Die Wohnung ist extrem zentral, nur ein paar Schritte vom Marienplatz entfernt. U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind quasi vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. OG mit Aufzug. Sie ist sehr hell, da nach Süden ausgerichtet. Im Hauptraum der Wohnung ist vorhanden: Ein Bett, ein großes Sofa, ein Tisch, ein Hocker, ein Kleiderschrank. Es gibt eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd und Spülmaschine sowie eine Abstellkammer mit Kleiderstange und ein neuwertiges Bad mit Badewanne.
Ich spiele mit offenen Karten: Meine Monatswarmmiete beträgt 910 €. Ich biete die Wohnung für 800 € warm an. Wenn jemand die Wohnung für den gesamten o.g. Zeitraum anmieten möchte, können wir uns auf 1.100 € einigen. Bitte nur ernst gemeinte Anfragen. Ich antworte schnell.
