I am subletting my apartment from April 5th - 27th (3 weeks). The apartment is fully furnished, really nicely decorated and has all the necessary household appliances.
I am looking for a quiet and considerate tenant who is going to respect my flat and neighbours in the time they are there. At the request of the landlord, this person should not smoke inside the flat, nor have any parties or play loud music. Due to it's size, the flat is not available to those with pets.
The flat is centrally located, east of the Isar between Rosenheimer Platz and Ostbahnhof. There is an abundance of transport links; Rosenheimer Platz (S1,S2,S3,S4,S6,S7,S8), Tram (15, 25) and plenty bus routes are 3 minutes walk. München Ost is just 7 minutes walk (U5).
Au-haidhausen has plenty of cafe's and restaurants to offer. There is an Edeka, Rossmann etc just round the corner, and an Aldi by the Ostbahnhof (7 minutes walk).
Please only apply if you consider yourself a quiet, clean and considerate tenant who will respect the flat's furnishings. You must also be able to pay the entire rent for the flat upfront.
