Möbliertes Studentenappartement im Studiosus 4 mit Balkon, Küche und Badezimmer, alles im guten Zustand. In der Wohnung gibt es schon alles, was man fürs Leben braucht: einen Arbeitstisch, ein Bett, einen Regal, eine offene Garderobe und einen Sofa auf dem Balkon. Auf jedem Stock gibt es ein kleines Waschraum, die Waschmaschine kostet da ca. 2 Euro. Die Miete beinhaltet schon die Heiz- und Nebenkosten. Zusatzlich kann ich noch WI-FI für 20 Euro anbieten.
Zwischen Ostbahnhof und Karl-Preis-Platz (U2) gelegen ist das Studentenwohnheim sogar Nachts immer gut erreichbar. Die Buslinien 62 und 54 sind auch super praktisch. Ein Aldi gibt es fast direkt an der Haustür, und für größere Einkäufe gibt es noch den V-Markt ganz in der Nähe. Im Hinterhof befindet sich ein Sportzentrum mit einem gutem Angebot.
Muss die Wohnung untermieten, da ich selbst ab November ins Ausland gehe. Selbst bin ich unkompliziert, bei Fragen bin ich dann immer im Kontakt. Habe Telegram, WhatsApp ----/-------, Facebook.
