The apartment is centrally located in a busy commercial building on literally top of RosenheimerPlatz S-Bahn Station. S-Bahn Station is inside the building. There are super markets, restaurants, bakery, pack-station, kiosk, laundry shop, library, doctors, etc. inside the building. The apartment faces towards peaceful side hence no noise from busy streets. It has a south facing balcony and a breath taking open view. South wall of the apartment is made of glass hence it's super bright in sunny days and provides a live wall paper in cloudy days. In winter months beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from apartment or from balcony. It has 3 lifts. One lift can be used by residents only.
The apartment is a studio apartment. Very well suited for one person. It has a big hall with a fitted kitchen and a nice balcony where 3-4 friends can hang out easily in sunny evenings. Fitted kitchen has a small fridge, big sink, two hot plates and a tall cabinet. Balcony can accommodate many plants if you fancy a small personal garden.
Size of balcony is calculated half in total size.
Rosenheimerplatz sbahn station is 1 to 2 minutes walk from the apartment door.
Hauptbahnhof is 4th stop and takes 7 minutes. Almost every third minute we have sbahn for hauptbahnhof.
Ostbahnhof is next stop i.e. 2 minutes away.
Direct access to Flueghafen via both S8 (35 minutes) & S1(55 minutes)
Aldi and Hit are 1 minute away from the door.
Many restaurants and bars are in neighborhood.
Library, swimming pool, park, beer garden and Isar-river are within 5 minutes walk.
Food delivery available until late night / early morning due to central location. Grocery/beers delivered until 11 pm.
I am a tenant, I can refer a candidate to the building management if the candidate fulfills requirements of positive Schufa (request now) and minimum income of 2100 euros (netto, per month). This is not a sub lease. You will sign a contract with the owner company as a main tenant.
