10min to S bahn Leuchtenbergring, 10min to Munich Hbf from there.

Shopping:
On the same street theres grocery stores, friut & döner shop, cross street there’s gas station with 24h convenient store as well as Edeka!
In 10min footwalk you can reach Lidl and Kaufland.

Gym:
CleverFit is 6min by foot. In Ostbahnhof theres lots of options as well.
