Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
zum 15.03.13 wird meine kleine aber feine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung frei. Das Bad hat eine Wanne, es gibt eine kleine Kochnische und durch großzügige, gut platzierte Einbauschränke hat man viel Stauraum und kann den restlichen Raum gut nutzen. Außerdem wurde im Herbst die Fassade des Hauses renoviert, der zum Garten ausgerichtete Balkon ist also nagelneu.
Die Wohnung liegt im Münchner Osten, nicht weit vom Ostbahnhof. Zur Tramhaltestelle Ampfingstraße sind es 5 Minuten, zur S-Bahnhaltestelle Leuchtenbergring 10 Min zu Fuß, und der Bus 144 fährt auch ganz in der Nähe ab.
Ansonsten gibt es auch alles was man zum Leben braucht, Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Apotheke etc. ist alles in der Umgebung.
Als Mieter sind gleichermaßen Berufstätige wie Studenten geeignet, letztere benötigen allerdings eine Bürgschaft der Eltern.
Der Besichtigungstermin ist auf kommenden Donnerstag, 21.02.13, zwischen 18 - 18.30 Uhr festgelegt. Für diejenigen, die da nicht können, kann ich leider keinen andern Termin anbieten, sorry.
