Hallo zusammen ;)
da sich mein Aufenthalt außerhalb München noch verlängert suche ich erstmal für 6 Monate, evtl. länger, jemanden, der auf meine Wohnung aufpasst. Alles ist renoviert und die Möbel sind neu, deswegen ist es mir wichtig, jemand ordentlichen zu finden.
Wir machen einen Vertrag machen und es wird eine Kaution geben ;). Eine Waschmaschine ist im Keller und kostet 2 Euro pro Waschgang. Die 75 Zusatzkosten setzen sich aus Strom, Internet-Flatrate (WIFI) und GEZ zusammen.
Meldet euch bitte bei mir per Email und erzählt etwas zu euch.
Die Wohnung ist direkt bei der Ubahn. Ein paar Straßen weiter ist der Ostpark, die Gegend ist also sehr schön, deswegen möchte ich auch unbedingt wieder zurück und die Wohnung nicht aufgeben.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 10 Minuten zur Fuß oder eine Ubahn-Station weiter ist der Netto. 3 Stationen weiter mit der Tram gibt es einen REWE.
