I search a Nachmieter for my current apartment from 01.05.2021.
The apartment is on the Dachgeschoss in the house, 33qm, 1 big bedroom, 1 kitchen and living room, 1 bathroom, 1 little balcony. The apartment is full with furniture, it has wash machine, microwave. 2 big closets, 1 big sofa bed, 1 working table, chair, 2 mats in living room, big kitchen, 1 dining table , bathtub, 1 shoes cabinet, one table and 2 chairs are on the balcony. Also some little cabinets are included.
The apartment is good for one person.
The Contract you can sign directly with Vermieter.
The Vermieter and Vermieterin are super nice, I had really good time with them, and they are living downstairs on 1. Floor. If you have any problems you can always ask them for help. The Etage floor lives another family.
The warmmiete is 730 euro, including internet, but without Strom. Normally I just paid for Strom 8-10 euro per month.
6-7 minutes to Ubahn Michaelibad, 11 minutes to U-Bahn Innsbrucker Ring. 2 minutes to reach bus 155 and 199. 155 can directly go to Ostbahnhof and Max Weber Platz.
There are edeka supermarket near the house.
The Nachmieter should be able to pay the rent regularly and on time. And better on one person.
