ich suche eine(n) nette(n) Untermieter(in) für mein kleines 1-Zimmer-Appartement in München-Bogenhausen ab dem 1. März 2013 bis ca. Ende August 2013. Was die Mietdauer anbelangt bin ich ein klein wenig flexibel.
Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet (Bett mit Matratze, Schreib- und Esstisch, Barhocker, Regal, Balkonmöbel,...), jedoch ohne Ausstattung wie Geschirr, Besteck,... Die Mietkosten belaufen sich auf 480€ warm.
Wenn Ihr Interesse habt, dann schickt mir bitte eine Nachricht mit ein paar Angaben zu Eurer Person (evtl. mit Foto) und was Ihr so macht. Ich werde mich dann umgehend bei Euch melden, um einen Termin zur Wohnungsbesichtigung zu vereinbaren.
