Ich vermiete für eine ältere Dame ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss ihres kleinen Mehrfamilienhauses mit eigenem Bad (mit Dusche). Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Einzelbett (kannst gerne aber auch Dein Eigenes mitbringen), Kommode, Sessel Kleiderstange und Fernseher. Zum Kochen gibt es leider keine Küche, Du hast aber einen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Die Vermieterin hat ihre Waschmaschine und Trockner in Deinem Bad, d.h. sie muss 2-3x die Woche vormittags hinein. Ansonsten nutzt das Bad nur Du. Falls Du ein Auto hast, kannst Du super vor dem Haus parken, da ist immer was frei.
Internet und GEZ ist alles in der Miete inklusive.
