Schweren Herzens suche für meine sehr sonnige, kuschelige 1,5-Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon einen Nachmieter ab Anfang Februar (auch 2 Wochen früher oder später möglich).
Sämtliche Fenster gehen nach Süden, wodurch sie sehr hell und freundlich ist.
Der Mietpreis betrug bei mir 470,- + 55,- TG + 100,-, wobei ich den Tiefgaragenstellplatz vermietet hatte. Wahrscheinlich
wird die Miete geringfügig erhöht werden.
Bis in die Stadt sind es ca. 6 km, trotzdem ist man fast schon auf dem Land. Also ein guter Kompromiss, wenn man nicht mitten in der Stadt wohnen möchte.
Der Bus fährt fast vor der Türe Richtung Max-Weber-Platz, bzw. Messe, zur S-Bahn Daglfing sind's mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 min, zur Haltestelle Riem ca. 5 min.
Ich selber habe hier mit Hund gewohnt und ich denke, dass Haustierhaltung nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter auch in Zukunft möglich ist.
