Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich die U1 Candidstr. und U2 SIlberhornstr. mit verschiedenen Tram- und Buslinien. Auch ist man mit dem Radl schnell an der Isar und in der Innenstadt. In der Nähe gibt es nette Cafés. Die Anbindung zum mittleren Ring und zur Autobahn ist ebenfalls sehr gut.
