The apartment is on the third floor with its own shower and toilet (bathroom). The kitchen is located just outside the small apartment and is a shared kitchen. You will have the apartment all to yourself. You will also be able to use the free internet. You are welcome to have a look at the apartment. Please communicate with me in English.
The apartment is located just 2 minutes walk from the u bahn (Klinikum Grosshadern) which runs every 5 or 10 minutes depending on the time of day. There are shops around the area like Penny, Tengelmann, which are all located about 5 to 10 minutes away by foot. Restaurants, banks and a gym are also very close to the apartment.
I am looking for someone to rent the apartment for just a month. I need someone very clean, trustworthy and a non smoker. There is no smoking in the apartment. Students just coming to study in Munich are very welcome. I would prefer a female but males are also welcome to get in touch.
