ich habe eine großzügige Wohnung für eine Person (Wohnraum, Bad, Küche, Abstellkammer) anzubieten. Die Einheit befindet sich im 1. OG. Ein Bezug ist zum 15.09.2011 möglich. Ein
Aufzug ist im Haus vorhanden. Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2010 komplett saniert.
Das Gebäude befindet sich direkt vor der U-Bahn Haltestelle Großhadern (U6). In nächster Nähe befindet sich ein REWE Supermarkt sowie ein REWE Getränkemarkt, Apotheke, Bekleidungsgeschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und vieles mehr.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt monatlich 575 €. Die NK-Vorauszahlung beträgt 97 €. Die Ausrichtung des Wohnraumes ist nach Süden hin.
Eine Besichtigung der Wohnung ist nach Absprache mit der jetzigen Mieterin möglich. Es wäre daher gut, wenn man sich zwei Tage vorher kurz abstimmen könnte.
