I am leaving for holidays and subletting the room which I am renting from student organization. You will be staying in my room.
The room is furnished: wide bed (140cm), wardrobe, desk, chairs, lights.
A private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink) is located in the room.
Essentials, bed sheets, etc. will already be provided without additional charge.
Smoking is not allowed.
The kitchen is shared with 7 other students. It is kept clean by students themselves and additionally weekly by a cleaning lady as well.
All kitchen equipment is privately owned, but you are allowed to use my stuff.
Washing and drying machines are located in the basement and can be used for a small fee (0.5eur per washing, 0.3eur per drying).
Großhadern district, student dormitories at Heiglhofstr. 46. Parking is available.
(All times refer to walking.)
U-bahn station: U6, Klinikum Großhadern, 3 minutes.
Shopping: Penny, 3 minutes.
Food: kebab 2 minutes, subway 6 minutes, mensa in Martinsried 15 minutes.
Nature: forest, beginning is 7 minutes away.
Sport: outdoor calisthenics training, 7 minutes.
Quiet, safe.
Oktoberfest: 20 minutes with U-bahn U6.
Very important: confirm you are able to visit on April 10th or 11th and write which hours you are able to come for an appointment!
