Da ich derzeit viel unterwegs bin und kaum zu Hause, vermiete ich das größere Zimmer in meiner 60m² Wohnung 2-Zimmer Wohnung (sowie Küche und Bad) mit Parkettboden und sonnigem Balkon zur Zwischenmiete ab sofort/Anfang Oktober bis maximal Ende Dezember 2010. Im Prinzip hast du die Wohnung für dich, habe nur ein Zimmer wo ich gelegentlich wenn ich in München bin dann übernachten kann (wahrscheinlich 1 Wochenende pro Monat).
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und das Zimmer auf Wunsch gern möbliert (Sofa, Regal, Bett, etc.).
Die Lage ist optimal, Isartor, Gärtnerplatz und Viktualienmarkt um die Ecke.
Besichtigung diese Wochenende, vorzugsweise Sonntag Vormittag 26.9. möglich. Bitte kurz anrufen.
