Hallo ihr,
da ich mein Auslandsaufenthalt bevorsteht, möchte ich mein jetztiges Zimmer aufgeben.
Es handelt sich um ein 1-Zimmer-Appartement Nähe Poccistraße, bzw. Schlachthof. Das Zimmer ist für Münchner Verhältnisse recht groß, Nachbarn sehr ruhig. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut (U 5/6 in 5 Minuten erreichbar), wie auch sämtliche Supermärkte (Lidl, Aldi, Penny, REWE) direkt in der Nähe, zu Fuß 10 Minuten zur Isar. Eigene Einbauküche, eigenes Bad und Balkon + Fahrradstellplatz.
Mit dem Vermieter habe ich sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht, da sich gut mit ihm reden lässt.
