The apartment was renovated one year ago and everything is in good condition.
It's centrally located on Baadetstrasse Munich about 50m from Fraunhoferstrasse U-bahn stop where the lines U1 and U2 are available. It is also about 50m from the nearest bus stops and tram lines.
You can be at Marienplatz in 10 minutes walking or 5 minutes on public transport.
A few supermarkets like Tengelmann and Rewe are within walking distance and the Isar is a 5 minute walk away, perfect for walking, running or biking.
There are also many nice shops and restaurants in the area.
