Hallo,
ich vermiete meine Wohnung möbliert und in bester Lage in München. Die Aventinstraße ist eine sehr ruhige Seitenstraße. Die Wohnung liegt zum grünen Innenhof und ist absolut ruhig. Gärtnerplatz, Marienplatz, Isartor, Viktualienmarkt. Alles zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Auch Tram, S und U- Bahn.Die Wohnung ist in weiß möbliert und wurde in den letzten Jahren hochwertig renoviert.
Ich habe mich dort immer sehr wohl gefühlt, da sehr liebe Leute im Haus wohnen und die Lage nicht besser sein könnte.
In der Wohnung gibt es leider keine Waschmaschine und keinen Waschmaschinenanschluss. Auch nicht anderweitig im Haus.
ich vermiete die Wohnung vorerst für ein Jahr.
Die Miete beträgt monatlich 1000,- Euro warm. Inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser)
Internet und Fernsehkosten müssen selbst bezahlt werden.
