Die angegebene Miete ist was ich zurzeit warm bezahle plus 15€ um die es sich in der Vergangenheit alle zwei Jahre erhöht hat, das wird die Vermieterin wahrscheinlich veranschlagen, habe ich noch nicht mit ihr besprochen aber in dem Dreh plus minus 15€ werden es sein.
