🏠 Welcome everyone! 😊 Are you looking for a cozy one-bedroom sublet conveniently located near TUM Stammgelände an LMU on Schellingstraße, right in the heart of Maxvorstadt? Look no further! My charming 25 sqm apartment features a lovely little kitchen complete with an oven, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, all equipped with everything you might need.
Available only for sublet starting May for one month, or possibly extendable up to three months until the end of July, i would like to find a student like me who would like to take it for that duration. The price is all-inclusive rate with 780€, which covers utilities including WiFi, Electricity Gas etc.
As a student at LMU, I'm looking move out of this apartment, but I need to fulfill another 1-3 months on my contract, thats why im searching for somebody (no takeover of the apartment possible sadly :/).
