Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für meine kleine, helle 1-Zimmer Wohnung (zirka 20qm).
Die Wohnung hat die optimale Lage: die Tramhaltestelle (2min), U-Bahn (5m), die LMU (5min), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Kneipen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotzdem ist es noch ruhig.
Eine Kochnische ist vorhanden, dazu ein großer Einbauschrank.
Im Keller gibt es einen Wasch- und einen Trockenraum.
Falls du Interesse hast, schick mir einfach eine E-Mail mit einer kurzen Beschreibung über Dich (Alter, Studium/Arbeit, usw.) Der Besichtigungstermin ist ab dem 28. August nach Absprache möglich.
PS. 1. Die Wohnung wird nur langfristig vermietet.
