Ich möchte meine Wohnung gerne für 1 Jahr untervermieten. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Appartement in einem Studentenwohnheim. Ich bin vor 4 Jahren als erste Mieterin in die Wohnung gezogen. Sie ist voll möbliert, also Tisch, Bett und Kleiderschrank. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt hat man einen Ausblick ins Grüne. Waschmaschinen befinden sich im Keller.
Zum Englischen Garten sind es ca. 3 Gehminuten. Die U- Bahn befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe (U3/6 Universität). Vom Fenster aus schaut man auf die Stabi. Die Problematik mit dem Parken kann einfach durch den Kauf eines Parkausweises gelöst werden (30 € im JAHR).
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Studenten geeignet und in einem top Zustand, daher suche ich einen verantwortungsbewussten Nachmieter.
