I want a subtenant for the apartment in the period of 1.3 until 31.5. The apartment is also available before 1.3. It could be possible to rent the apartment directly from the owner after 31.5, but price and rental time must then be discussed directly with the owner.
The apartment is small, but practical, located inside a hotel (but owned by a private person). All the furniture shown in the pictures will be provided. There are nearby grocery stores, restaurants. Almost all public transport services in Munich run from Hauptbahnhof which is 3min away by foot.
The rent is 400€, including power,heating and WiFi. The only extra costs come from using the laundry service located in the basement.
I need a deposit on 2x400€ which will be given back after the 31.5, if the apartment is in the same conditions as now.
