helle, ruhige Wohnung mitten in der Maxvorstadt, 10 min von der LMU; 5min mit Rad, schöne Umgebung mit vielen Bars, Cafés und Restaurants....etc., Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke. Es besteht eine gute Tram und Busanbindung.
Ich möchte die Wohnung befristet untervermieten aufgrund Wohnungskündigung.
- I want to rent my nice, light apartment near the university for April. It is very close to university and has a lot of good infrastructure surrounding it, such as tram and bus, also many restaurants and cafes and supermarkets. I would also take Erasmus students :)
Besichtigung ist diesen Sonntag von 12.00-14.00. Dann wäre auch gleich die Schlüsselübergabe. Nur Vorauskasse, d.h. die 490 Euro in Bar sowie 440 Euro als Kaution.
