ich bin vom 18.06. bis 07.07. im Urlaub und suche daher einen Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer in der Amalienstraße.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4 Stock und hat einen relativ großen Balkon. Da es darüber kein Stockwerk gibt, ist die Wohnung auch sehr hell. Zum Wohnen ist alles was du brauchst vorhanden. Sogar eine Nespresso Maschine für leckeren Espresso.
Komm einfach vorbei und schau dir die Wohnung an.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. 5 min zur Uni und zum Englischen Garten, überall Kneipen und Cafes vor der Tür und in die Innenstadt läuft man in 10 min. Die nächste U-Bahnhaltestelle Universität (U 3/6) ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt.
