Ich muss 50 Wörter schreiben, also los: Es gibt 4 Wände, ein Zimmer, abgetrennte Küche und Bad. Die Küche hat ein Fenster. Das selbe kann man vom Bad leider nicht behaupten. Der Fußboden ist größtenteils Laminat. Es gibt 120mbit Internet und flie0end Wasser in Bad und Küche. Das Fenster im Wohnzimmer ist sehr gross und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Straße. Erster Stock.
Mitten in der Stadt. Nicht weit von der UBahn Maillingerstrasse oder Stiglmaierplatz bzw. der Tram Hochschule München / Lothstraße. Wie in München üblich liegt die Wohnung nicht am Hang, Erdrutsche sind somit keine Gefahr. Man findet fast immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Es gibt eine Wäscherei, Läden und was man sonst so braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ich ziehe morgen (16.08.) aus. Die Wohnung ist also schon ab nächster Woche frei. Ich muss die ganze Sache noch mit meinem Vermieter besprechen der leider gerade im Urlaub ist. Besichtigungen sind sowohl heute als auch morgen möglich. Einfach kurz anrufen.
