I am renting my very nice, cozy, and perfectly located one room apartment from 28th of February to 30th of March. The place has everything that is needed for one person. The location is just perfect, 3 minutes walk from the station Universität U3/U6. 6 minutes walk to the Odeonsplatz, U4/U5. Bus station and the tram stations are around the corner.
The apartment is located on Theresienstr. But in the back building, and is super quite and relaxing. There are plenty of possibilities with bars/restaurants and markets in the area. You can find everything within 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
I am looking for a person, who can respect the environment of the place, keep the place quite and organized and take care of it.
