Es ist ein Doppelbett vorhanden, die Küche verfügt über Herdplatten und Kühlschrank sowie weitere Staufächer. Das Bad hat eine Dusch-Badewanne. Es gibt noch einen 42 Zoll Fernseher von Panasonic mit DVB T, Tisch mit 2 Stühlen und eine Kleidungsaufbewahrung von IKEA. Der Balkon ist zum ruhigen Innenhof.
Sehr gute Lage in der Klarastrasse, nahe der TU München und zur S-Bahn Hackerbrücke. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens sind vorhanden. Zum Gasthaus Wassermann sind nur 50 m.
Das Zimmer ist nur bis 30.06.2020 zu vermieten, daher am besten dazu geeignet um erstmal in München Fuss zu fassen und sich hier dann eine Wohnung für länger zu suchen. Nur 1 Person. Nur an Mieter die ordentlich sind und die Wohnung pfleglich behandeln (muss man leider erwähnen).
