The studio apartment is within a private Studentenwohnheim. The aparment is fully furnished and includes the following: bed with two drawers, mattress with bedsheet, desk, desk lamp, two chairs, bookshelf, wardrobe, sink, kitchenette (fridge, stove, kitchen sink). The bathroom is in the hallway and is shared with other four male students.
The warm rent (610 €) includes water, heating, internet, maintenance costs. Electricity bill is paid extra to the SWM (Stadtwerke München), I'm currently paying 21€/month.
The Apartment is located in the beautiful Maxvorstadt in front the U-bahn (U2) Josephsplatz and bus stop for the lines 153 and 154. The main building of the TUM ist just by 10 min walking. With the buses 153/154 you can reach the LMU (U3/U6 Universität) in just 7 min. The Hochschule München is 7 min away with the bus 153 in the opposite direction. With the U2 you can reach Hbf in just 3 min.
In front of the building there is a Sparkasse, hair salon, laundry. Around the corner there are a Netto, Edeka, a lot of coffee shops, bakeries, drugstores, restaurants and many more.
The new tenant must be a MALE student (PhD students are also welcome). The contract is unlimited and you are allowed to stay longer after you finish your studies, which means that you don't have to leave immediately when you are not anymore a student. The certificate of enrollment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) it is asked only once. The contract can start on 01.02.2021 or a little before.
Visits can be arranged for Mondays-Thursdays (mainly from 9 am until 3 pm) but it could be possible a little earlier or latter. Feel free to contact me on german, english or spanish.
