Hallo Zusammen,
für Ende Februar bis Ende März biete ich dir meinen Bungalow im Olympischen Dorf direkt am Olypiapark zur Untermiete an.
Es ist ein Bungalow ganz am Ende und damit ist es auch sehr ruhig. Er liegt direkt an der Wiese. Er ist möbliert dh. Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Küchenzeile sind vorhanden.
Im der "Einkaufspassage" findest du einen Tengelmann, mehrere Bäcker, Apotheke, einen Dönerladen, Asiaimbis, Obst- und Gemüsehandel, eine Postbank und eine Sparkassen.
Die Waschmaschinen werden in einem Waschsalon gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Auch einen Fahrradkeller für dein Fahrad und anderweitige Unterstellmöglichkeiten sind geboten. Unter den Hohhäusern kann man kostenfrei parken. Sollte sich mal keine Parkmöglichkeit finden, steht noch ein kleines Parkhaus zur Verfügung.
Bis zur U-Bahn sind es ca. 5 min. Diese fährt alle 10min. Man ist in 10min am Hauptbahnhof und am Marienplatz.
Bitte, Bitte NICHT in der Wohnung rauchen! Auf dem Balkon und vor der Tür gern so oft und so viel du willst:)
