1 zimmer Student couple room mit Terrasse in Olympiadorf for 2ppl

Hello, immediate room available from today up to end of September , on either 27/28/29 ,can negotiate which day exactly. almost two months complete.
Couple room for student, sublet, near U3 Olympiazentrum, around 8 mins on foot, and Olympiapark is just nearby too.
the ein zimmer wohnung is together with a Terrasse, about 15m2 big , Bbq possible, extra bonus in summer time. although its one room flat, we hv separated into two rooms by the wardrodes in between. there are also basic furnitures provides. eg two sofas, two single beds, two book shelves, two wardrobes, two tables , etc.... its a perfect room for a couple or two students to share.. three might be a bit crowded but can be possible if u dont mind...
The rent is 550warm per month for August and Sept each. and deposit is 300euro to be exact. so, in total would be 550+550+300=1400 euro. deposit will be returned completely in the last day of the stay(when u return the key back to us) as long as there is no damage and room reminds clean and fine.
you may take the key already today or tomorrow and move in immediately. the student couple room is cleaned up and ready. u may look at photos, which are taken yesterday.
the room rental is First Come First serve.
