Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls mit Waschbecken, Toilette und Badewanne gut ausgestattet. Auf dem sonnigen Südbalkon steht ein großes Außensofa mit Matratze. Die ganze Wohnung ist zum Innenhof (Süden) ausgerichtet. Daher ist es sehr hell und ruhig.
Bei Bedarf kann auch ein Stellplatz für ein großes Auto in einer Garage angemietet werden.
Die Wohnung wird nur zur Untermiete für 3 Monate (April - Mai - Juni) angeboten. Die wird voll möbliert inklusive aller Küchengeräte vermietet. Der Kleiderschrank und der Packraum werden selbstverständlich leer sein.

The one-room flat has a separate kitchen has its own windows and is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and large fridge. The room has table with 4 chairs, a 2-meter-long couch a home-office area, and a double bed (140 x 200 cm), as well as a large wardrobe (100 x 200 cm). The bathroom also well equipped with sink, toilet and bathtub. The sunny south-oriented balcony has a large outdoor sofa including mattress. The whole flat looks to the internal yard (south). Therefore it is very light and quiet.
In case of need a place for a large car in a garage can be also rented.
The flat is only available as a sublet for 3 months (April - Mai -June). It will be rented fully furnished including all kitchen equipment. The wardrobe and packing areas will be obviously empty.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel zwischen den Linien U2 (Milbertshofen) und U6 (Alte Heide) im Norden Münchens. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur einen Block entfernt. Der Peutelpark (Grenze zwischen Schwabing und Milbersthofen) ist 3 Minuten entfernt.
