Ich bin im Urlaub und würde mein Wohnung in der Zeit vermieten wollen. Der Preis ist dann all inclusive. In der Straße gibt es den französischen Wienhändler, einen super Italiener, eine Buchhandlung, direkt um die Ecke ein altes Kino aus den 70ern und dann geht man noch 20 Schritte weiter und ist im Trubel der Münchner Freiheit. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. In der Küche kann gekocht werden, dafür ist alles da. Nur auf einen Fernseher muss verzichtet werden. Handtüchter und frische Bettwäsche würde ich auch bereitstellen.

Schwabing ist ein sehr angenehmes Viertel, die Uni ist nur 2 U-Bahnstationen entfernt, in den Englischen Garten sind es 10 Minuten. Man geht hier aus dem Haus und ist mitten im Schwabinger Leben. Odeonsplatz und Kaufingerstraßen sind 3 U-Bahnstationen entfernt, das kann aber auch entspannt zu Fuß zurückgelegt werden. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich ruhig, man hört hier überhaupt nichts.
Die Wohnung kann auch als Pärchen gemietet werden.
