I am subletting my room in Studentenstadt from the 17th of March to the 6th of April 2020. It is a 19 sqm fully furnished studio with its kitchenette and bathroom. The location is convenient. The flat placed is next to the Studentenstadt U-Bahn station (U6 up north), and you can find two supermarkets 10 min walking. Studentenstadt is a residence hall for students. Therefore, you can find mini-markets, cafeterias, and bars run by students. You will live next to the Englische Garten.
The Studentenwerk (Students association) will issue rental the contract; this means you will be able to register yourself at the KVR. If you are interested and you are a student enrolled at a university in Munich, please send me a message :). In case you are selected, you would sign the sublet form on Monday or during the weekend.
