Die Wohnung hat neben dem Hauptzimmer einen Flur, ein Bad und eine relativ große Küche, weshalb sie sich eher wie eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung anfühlt. :) Spül- und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Es handelt sich um eine Genossenschaftswohnung. Ich vermiete sie komplett möbliert und ausgestattet, während ich für ein Praktikum weg bin.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, es gibt die S-Bahn/U-Bahnstation Giesing, genauso wie die Tram- und Busstation. Alles innerhalb von 3-5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Netto ist auch nur 3 Minuten weg. Hit, DM, Edeka express und eine Apotheke sind auch in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Trotz der guten Anbindung ist es in der Wohnung relativ ruhig, weil es einen Innenhof gibt, zu dem die Küche hin liegt.
Die Wohnung ist nicht für Partys etc. geeignet, es gibt eine Hausordnung der Genossenschaft.
