You can move into the furnished apartment, which is on the fourth floor, on March 18, 2024. The apartment has a beautiful room and a bathroom that is completely tiled and equipped with a rain shower. An elevator takes you easily to the corresponding floor and the property is barrier-free.
The sleeping/living area has a parquet floor, dining table, 2 chairs, television, double bed, wardrobe and carpets. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling, multi-glazed windows, the room is beautifully bright and no annoying traffic noise can be heard.
A fitted kitchen with sink, hotplate, refrigerator and kitchen cupboards is also available.
The property also has a locker in the basement where you can store small items that need to be stored. In the basement there is a laundry room with a dryer, a drying room and a bicycle cellar.
The property is in a lively and central location in Munich-Neuhausen. Several bus and tram lines (Olympiapark West and Heideckstrasse) that run nearby offer good connections to local public transport. The S-Bahn stops on the main line and the main train station are easy to reach. You will find several restaurants, bakeries, cafés, supermarkets and doctors nearby, as well as the Olympia shopping center (OEZ) and the taxi park.
The minimum rental period is 3 months, preferably longer, and can only be rented fully furnished. Pets and smokers are not accepted.
Electricity and heating are included in the additional costs. WiFi, router and parking space are included in the rental price.
