1-Zimmer Wohnung in Neuhausen tageweise zu vermieten

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin beruflich viel unterwegs und zeitlich flexibel, sodass ich gerne tageweise meine Wohnung in Neuhausen untervermiete.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein: bestehend aus einem offenen Wohn-, Kochbereich mit einem Bett (1,40 x 2,00 m), einem Sofa, Tisch mit Stühlen, Fernseher, Schrank und Ganzkörperspiegel. Große bodentiefe Fenster machen den Raum schön hell und wohnlich. Dabei sind die Fenster in den Innenhof ausgerichtet, wodruch die Wohnung schön ruhig ist.

Die kleine Pantry Küche bietet zwei Kochplatten mit Spüle, Kühlschrank und eine gute Ausstattung an Kochgeschirr von mir. Gerne kannst du während der Untermiete Öl, Gewürze etc. zum Kochen verwenden.
Waschmaschine und Trockner finden sich im Keller.

Wenn du kommst ist das Bett selbstverständlich frisch bezogen, sowie ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch lege ich Dir bereit. Du kannst also nur mit dem Koffer einziehen und darfst dich wie zuhause fühlen.

Öffentlich ist die Wohnung super angebunden. In unter 10 Minuten bist du an der Tramlinie 20/21 die dich in ca. 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof bzw. direkt in die Stadtmitte bringt.
Supermarkt, Drogerie, Apotheke und nettes Cafe gibt es auch direkt im Viertel.

Hello everyone,

I travel a lot for work and am flexible in terms of time, so I am happy to sublet my apartment in Neuhausen on a daily basis.

The apartment is small but nice: consisting of an open living and cooking area with a bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a sofa, table with chairs, TV, wardrobe and full-length mirror. Large floor-to-ceiling windows make the room bright and cozy. The windows face the inner courtyard, which makes the apartment quiet.

The small pantry kitchen offers two hotplates with sink, refrigerator and a good supply of cookware from me. You are welcome to use oil, spices etc. for cooking during the sublet.
Washing machine and dryer are in the basement.

When you arrive, the bed will of course be freshly made and I will provide you with a large and a small towel. So you can just move in with your suitcase and feel at home.

The apartment has excellent public transport connections. In less than 10 minutes you are at the streetcar line 20/21 which takes you in about 10 minutes to the main station or directly to the city center.
There is also a supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy and nice café right in the neighborhood.
