Weil ich beruflich unterwegs in Februar bin, möchte ich meine Wohnung für (zumindestens) 1 Monat zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Die wohnung ist sehr schön und helles, ist voll möbiliert. Eine der Vorteile ist sehr weit Balkon mit 2 Stuhle, Waschmaschine und es gibt auch eine Badewanne.
Since I'm travelling the whole February, I'd like to offer my flat for rental. The flat is beautiful and light. All the furniture is included. Among the good things is a wide balcony, washing machine and bathtube.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. U-bahn Stiglmaierplatz oder Tram Sandstraße sind in der Nähe (nur ein Kurzstrecke nach Hauptbahnhof). Einkaufsmöglichkeite sind gut: es gibt ein Edeka, Lidl, Penny, und dm 2-3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöne und interessantte restaurante in der Nähe.
The location is great. U-bahn Stiglmaierplatz and Sandstraße tram stop are only few stations from Railway station. There's plenty of shopping possibilities nearby - Edeka, Lidl, Penny and dm. You will find nice restaurants also.
Ein zuverlässige und ruhige Zwischenmieter gesucht. Keine Partywohnung. Die wohnung ist ideal für neue Leute in München, dass noch nicht ein Wohnung gefunden hat.
I'm looking for a reliable and quiet person to stay in my flat. No parties. The flat is good for new people in Munich, that have not founded a place to stay yet.
