Kleines Appartment, 8 minuten zum Giesinger-Bhf, Bushaltestelle 145 (Ostbahnhof-Fasangarten) direkt vor der Tür.
Ich habe mein Appartment zum 31 Juli gekündigt, da ich mit meiner Freundin in eine grössere Whg ziehe. Leider hab ich es nicht geschafft einen sauberen Übergang zu organisieren und jetzt hab ich 2 Monate leerlauf mit meinem Appartment. Doppelt zahlen kann und will ich auch nicht.
Es braucht auch keine Kaution oder ähnliches an Sicherheit, da ich die Whg in der letzten Juli Woche (welche natürlich wegfällt an Miete) streichen und herrichten würde.
