Ich suche eine/n ZwischenmieterIn für meine Ein-Zimmer Wohnung bis Oktober 2016 oder evtl länger. Ich habe einen Zweijahresvertrag für die Wohnung unterschrieben und suche daher jetzt eine/n ZwischenmieterIn bis mein Vertrag abläuft.
Die Wohnung ist 39 qm groß und liegt im Hochpaterre und es gibt einen großen Balkon. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine sowie eine Fußbodenheizung.
Bei Bedarf würde ich einen Kleiderschrank und ein paar andere Möbel in der Wohnung lassen.
Die nächste Bushaltestellen ist direkt vor der Haustüre (Frasdorferstr), die U Bahnstationen Giesing und St. Quirin-Platz sind 20 min zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.b. Penny und Aldi)
