A Room With A View - Cosy one-bedroom apt very central completely furnished and equipped

I am subletting my apartment from June 25th until 3-5 months (flexible timing, let me know what works for you). It’s beautifully and cleanly furnished, fully equipped, so you can use towels and bed linen, kitchen and laundry utensils if necessary.

BUT: I am also going to move out of my flat by June 25th, so it is also available for subsequent long-term rental (in this case the landlord has to approve your documents, but I will be happy to recommend you, if you would like to). The rent without utilities is 567, WITH all utilities incl WLAN and TV it is 660.

The location really is excellent, S-Bahn Rosenheimer Platz is a 15-min walk or two tram stops, U7/U2 Silberhornstrasse is a 3-min walk, bus and tram (X30, 58, 69, 15/25, 38) Ostfriedhof are 1-minute walks away.
