Hallo Leute,
ich werde meinen Bungalow im Olympiadorf vom 1. Oktober bis Ende März (vll. auch April) vermieten. Bevor ihr hier weiterliest, will ich klarstellen, dass es sich um ein Tauschangebot handelt. Ich suche eine Wohnung oder WG-Zimmer in Stuttgart zum Tausch. Möglichst im Süden, Nähe Vaihingen. Dafür würdet ihr eine vollmöblierte Mini-Maisonette-Wohnung in München mit U-Bahn Anschluss (U3 Olympiazentrum) zu einem super Preis bekommen. Ihr müsst mir die Wohnung in Stuttgart im Zweifel auch nicht selbst vermieten ;)
Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe, U-Bahn, Bäcker, Tengelmann. An Sportmöglichkeiten mangelt es auch nicht: Olympiaschwimmhalle, Tennisplätz, Hochschulsport. Alles in Laufweite.
In die Innenstadt kommt man mit dem Rad auch in ca. 15min und nach Garching ist es mit dem Auto auch nicht weit.
Schreibt mir einfach eine E-Mail, mit der zum Tausch angebotenen Wohnung und ich würde euch dann arufen.
