Hallo,
Ich vermiete meine 1. Zimmer Wohnung im Studentenwerk am Oktoberfest unter. Deshalb suche ich ordentliche Leute, die mir nicht die Wohnung ruinieren, sondern sich freuen, eine gute Schlafmöglichkeit, saubere Dusche und Küche vorzufinden.
Es gibt Schlafplätze für 4 PErsonen ( eine Schlafcouch für 2 , ein Bett und eine Matraze ) dann ist es aber etwas enger, 3 Personen wäre gemütlicher.
Parken kann man super in einem Parkhaus am Olympiazentrum für 1,5 Euro am Tag mit einem Park and Ride Ticket.
100 Euro pro Nacht ist für 3 Leute angedacht.(2 Personen 80 Euro) Wenn ihr keine Lust habt zu putzen kommt nochmal 40 euro Endreinigung dazu.
