Ich hätte gerne mein schönes Einzelapartment vom 14.12.13 bis 06.01.14 (total 25 Tagen) vermieten.
Das Apartment ist ca. 20qm groß, mit Toilette,Dusche,Einbauküche,Kühlschrank,Einzelbett,WLAN, ausgestattet, auch Waschsalon ist einfach verfügbar draußen.
Es ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und frisch, gibt's reichliche Sonnenlicht am Morgen, kann man sehr ruhige Zeit hier verbringen.
Das Zimmer ist auch per Tag vermietbar. z.B. 15€/Tag, 100/Woche, 180 für zwei Wochen.

Hi everybody,
I would like to rent out my apartment from 14.12.13 till 06.01.14, in all 25 days.
The room is about 20qm with toilet, shower, kitchen, single bed, fridge, WLAN. And also you have laundry outside very conveniently. It is very clean, organized and fresh. There is plenty enough sunshine in the morning, you can have really nice and quiet time here.
You can also rent the room per day, e.g.,15€/d, 100/week, 180 for two weeks.

Das Apartment liegt direkt an der U3 Linie, Station Olympiazentrum. Gibt's Tengelman, Getränke Markt, Deutsch Post, Backerei, bzw. andere Einkaufsmöglichkeit.

The apartment is directly near the subway line 3, Olympiazentrum. There are very good shopping opportunities such as Tengelman, Drinks store, deutsch post, bakeries and so on.
Leider ist Rauchen nicht erlaubt im Zimmer, und maximal für zwei Personen zu vermieten.
